Natural Mirrors. Connections, symmetries, odd matches, significant incongruities. Marks of the strange order of the world.

BIO | I’m not a professional photographer. I’m a teacher in an Italian upper school. Every morning, in the classroom, I talk about Dante Alighieri or the French revolution. Maybe that’s why I’m old-fashioned even when I go around photographing: I use a rangefinder, 50mm lens and 400 Iso film, technical remainders of a bygone age. What am I looking for in the streets? I always seek an Epiphany, a Revelation. But I’m too sceptical to find them. So – more modestly – I come across connections, symmetries, odd matches, significant incongruities – all marks of the strange order of the world.
