A Fragile Utopia” is a meditation and a diary on living and moving through New York City. New York has been an inspiration and a refuge for Brad Jones, all the while slowly becoming a precarious and difficult place to stay. He believes it is best to simply say that he photographs to transcend these circumstances.

THE PHOTOGRAPHER
Brad Jones was born in Springfield, Missouri, and raised in suburban Memphis, Tennessee, where he studied illustration and photography. He is currently based in Brooklyn, New York. He earned his degree in photography in Memphis and has been working as a photographer in the advertising and film industries for the last 20 years. He is now starting a new project called The Cure for Sadness.
