You can submit your Street or Documentary Photography series from the Submission page. You don’t need to register. Follow all the steps and fill the form to complete your submission. Eyeshot encourages photographers to submit their work once a year to get the chance to be featured on the Eyeshot online archive more than once.
We accept up to 12 photographs per series, and you need to make sure your images are .jpg format with a minimum of 1500 pixels on the longest edge. We prefer to keep a formal coherence within the project itself—you can either submit a full-b&w series or a full-colour series, as we won’t accept a mix of both styles. You’ll also need to tell us something about yourself and the work you submitted. The Five Ws are a good starting point: Who is it about? What happened? When did it take place? Where did it take place? Why did it happen?
The photographer always retains ownership of the copyright. For every series, Eyeshot verifies that the photographer has the right to publish both people and places in the pictures, and that he or she owns the rights to have these pictures distributed, published, or otherwise promoted by Eyeshot. In addition, Eyeshot always credits the author of a photograph whenever and wherever it appears on our channels, along with providing a link to the author’s profile. No! The Eyeshot submissions are and will always be free of any charge.
We don’t provide any compensation for online publications. However, if you are to be offered a publishing contract to collaborate with Eyeshot, you will receive the agreed royalties on your book.
The photographs you submit won’t be published automatically. The Eyeshot editorial team will review them and consider if they are a fit to Eyeshot. This means they have to meet our policy, quality requirements and any other editorial criteria. However, before publishing any series, we are going to make contact with the selected photographers to inform them that they’re next in line for publication.
Unfortunately, due to the large amount of submissions we receive daily, we’re not able to guarantee a notification email to every unsuccessful applicant. We only notify authors that are selected and are going to be published. However, if you don’t see a response on our side for six months or more, you’re more than welcome to choose another series and fill out the submission form again.
No, we don’t. If your series does not fit the Eyeshot criteria, it’s going to be automatically deleted from our online servers after 48 hours.
We love to watch photographers experiment with creative styles and techniques. We’re happy to review images from digital cameras, film cameras, smartphones, and other means. We only ask you to be true to your personal perspective. If the series you’re intending to submit is manipulated in any way, you can feel free to describe your artistic process to inspire others.
We accept all major credit cards or payments via PayPal.
Although prices are listed in EUR, we accept payments in every currency. Taxes, customs and duties (where relevant) are not included in the listed prices.
All Eyeshot monographs and Fine Art prints are autographed or estate-stamped by the authors themselves, with the number of the edition copy. All signatures are authentic.
No, you cannot. Every copy is randomly assigned. This doesn’t apply to copy no. 1 (stored for archival purposes).
All of our products are limited edition by quantity and quality. You can find the actual size of all the editions in the technical sheet of every product.
We use Fedrigoni paper for all our printed products. We print digitally in Modena, Italy—for Eyeshot, it’s of highest importance to print local to reduce carbon emissions.

Yes, you can. Send an email at email@example.com within 60 minutes upon your purchase with the stated issue and the order number, and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please note that we can’t change or cancel an order that has already been shipped.

Before placing an order, you will be able to see the shipping cost in a separate voice. After you enter the checkout cart, you’ll see the total amount of your order with both product and shipping costs.
All orders with Italy as the shipping country will be carried by DHL. International orders ship via FedEx, and will typically take 2-5 days to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. We reserve the right to ship orders with a different carrier if needed.

If a product arrives damaged, you must keep all original packaging material for insurance purposes. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Send us a description of the damage, and please include photos of the damaged areas if possible.
Check the tracking number emailed to you on your email confirmation and write immediately to the courier to which your order was handed. Is the courier is not able to solve your issue, let us know at email@example.com with an extensive description of the situation.
