Bio: Sami Uçan was born in 1983 in Konya, Turkey. He graduated from Selçuk University in Map Engineering and from the Anadolu University in Photography. He has worked in theIstanbul Survey and Deed Office. He began to photograph in 2008 and quickly began winning in nationaland international competitions. Later he beganacting as a juror on competition boards. He has given talks on his photography at a number of photographic associations. Although he enjoys photography from a number of styles, he prefers street and documentary styles. He works in streetphotography. In 2016, his long-standingproject on street cats was exhibited at the Bursa International Photography Festival andal so exhibited at Lensculture and Fotografiska social platforms. Cat book published in january 2018.
