Pau Buscatò, originally from Barcelona, Spain, is a distinguished street photographer currently based in Oslo, Norway. Initially trained and working as an architect, Buscatò transitioned to photography, finding in it a new medium to express his creative vision. For Buscatò, the joy of street photography lies in its freedom and unpredictability. He describes his approach as an instinctive process of walking, seeing, reacting, and capturing. There are no predefined plans, routes, or pictures. Instead, Buscatò allows the streets to guide him, moving left when something catches his eye to the left, moving right when something beckons him to the right. This method keeps him immersed in the moment, often leading him in circles, yet always delivering fresh, compelling images.
